Dusty came and performed the regular maintenance that we do twice a year but he went above and beyond this time. My HVAC unit has had a whistle sound that was driving me nuts since we moved in two years ago and he found a way to seal off the unit so the whistle went away. He was on time, clean, professional, and knew his stuff. The thing I appreciate most about Americool is that they aren't trying to upsell me on every visit. Their honest assessment of the condition of our unit is such a breath of fresh air. I've had companies in the past that try to sell me on a brand new unit for 5 years before a unit needs to be replaced. 5 stars. Highly Recommend.

Keith came out to help with our furnace, it turned off in the middle of the night and it was freezing! We called first thing in the morning and Keith was out less than 2 hours later. He was able to figure out what was wrong, fixed it, and cleaned up in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Americool. They were very friendly and respectful of my home and paid attention as they were doing their work not to let my dogs out. It took a few days to get in some of the parts that were needed for my older duct work, but they kept me informed and got my system up and working perfectly. I will not use anyone else from here on out. Oh and their prices beat the competition by a mile.
